This leading Top 100 client's Real Estate practice in Bristol has a national reputation and is now keen to recruit an ambitious Commercial Property Associate / Senior Associate to join their successful Housebuilder team, either in Bristol or Taunton.

Your new role
You will be joining one of the largest residential development teams in the region, boasting an envious client roster of leading national and regional housebuilders. In this role you will have the opportunity to develop client relationships and lead on strategic development projects.

You will play a key role in future development of the team and be actively involved in client development opportunities and in supporting more junior members of the team. With an enviable client base, you will enjoy high quality work, working alongside directory-rated partners, all with the benefit of being in the Southwest.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an established Commercial Property lawyer who is currently part of a leading national or regional Real Estate practice and be ambitious and keen to make a name for yourself in the development sector. With excellent technical skills and a strong client-facing attitude, this role offers the chance to join a leading property powerhouse. Experience of advising clients within the Housebuilder or Registered Developer sector would be a distinct advantage in this role.
