The Role

This leading Top 200 UK firm are seeking a Commercial Property Associate/ Senior Associate (4PQE+), to join their Nottingham Office.

Through further growth, they are seeking an experienced individual to join their leading L500 Ranked regional Team, where you will have access to all the support and mentor to develop and progress.

This Team provide a complete service for investors, developers, land-owners and occupiers – therefore a wide variety of Commercial Property transactions can be provided, should you wish.

As a Real Estate focused firm, they can also provide more specialist roles within their award winning Housebuilding, Development, Planning and Property Litigation Teams.

With Commercial Property being a key strength, and area of growth – excellent progression prospects are available upon joining.

This position is well suited to an ambitious Commercial Property Lawyer, looking to join a personable and high performing team.

You Will Be:

• A Commercial Property Lawyer with 4 PQE +
• Experience across a range of Commercial Property transactions, or looking to specialise.
• (We are keen to have conversations with individuals outside of this PQE scale also)
• Proven experience from a leading, Regional, National, City or Global Firm
