Job Title: Locum Commercial Property and Conveyancing Lawyer

Rate: Up to £60 per hour Umbrella
Working Hours: Full Time, Part Time and Ad-Hoc Remote Working
Venn Group’s specialised legal team are in collaboration with a Council based in the West Midlands in their search for an experienced Locum Commercial Property and Conveyancing Lawyer. This can be a full time, part time or ad-hoc position where you will be handling a variety of land and property matters.
Specifically, for this position, the Authority requires an adept Property Lawyer who can oversee Deferred Payment Agreement (DPA) processes and the property queries which arise from DPA’s on unregistered and registered land.
Duties may include:
- Drafting, amending, and finalising legal documents crucial to a variety of property matters
- OverseeDeferred Payment Agreement (DPA) processes
- Assist with ongoing property queries which arise from DPA’s on unregistered and registered land
- Handle a mixed caseload of commercial property and conveyancing matters, involving land and property queries
This post can be performed on a remote basis offering up to £60 per hour Umbrella.
