We are searching for a talented individual to join a world-renowned claims company in a home-based role. This is an outstanding chance to develop your career and gain experience within the commercial property sphere and real estate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing your own caseload of claims, with a specific focus on Commercial claims with a focus on the South East of England. You will be expected to handle each claim independently and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent knowledge of the commercial property market and adjuster regulations, as well as an excellent understanding of the UK real estate market. You must have experience in handling complex claims from start to finish, have the ability to work well under pressure and have excellent communication skills.

In addition, the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:

- At least 5 years’ experience as a commercial property adjuster
- Ability to negotiate and settle complex claims
- Comprehensive understanding of adjuster regulations
- Proven track record of settling claims promptly and efficiently
- Good IT knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills
