Are you a paralegal seeking to build on your experience in a commercial environment which enjoys an open and collaborative culture, as well as work towards becoming a solicitor via the SQE?

Market Rate salary + Benefits - Cambridge with hybrid working

Role

  • Drafting and reviewing various commercial agreements, including Master Service Agreements and confidentiality agreements, with support from senior colleagues
  • Tracking and monitoring the progress of contracts
  • Liaising with internal project managers, information security and finance teams, providing guidance on the contracting process and other legal queries
  • Assisting with matters relating to data protection and employment
  • Supporting senior colleagues within the legal team by monitoring compliance with contractual obligations and developing appropriate processes
  • Overseeing legal projects and timelines, as well as coordinating individuals involved. This includes providing regular feedback and updates to the person with ultimate responsibility
  • Supporting with administration arising from business development activities
  • Conducting legal research across a range of topics and jurisdictions
  • In time and with increased experience, communicating directly with our supplier’s and client’s procurement teams, promoting our services and negotiating beneficial terms on behalf of the business
