Noble Recruiting are working with a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer who are empowering healthcare and enriching people’s lives. Established in 1984 with incredible growth throughout the years with a turnover of £300m at its peak, they are a global speciality focusing on product development, licensing and commercialisation of generic and niche medicines.

Due to continued success, they are expanding their team and looking for a Commercial Operations Coordinator. This role is vital to supporting the wider commercial team in variety of key responsibilities that will help the business grow.

You will be responsible for supporting with the day-to-day operations within the company’s supply chain and logistics function. Working closely with other internal stakeholders, external suppliers and customers you will ensure a positive relationship is maintained, customer needs are met and that product is always available.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships and communicating with suppliers and customers to solve any issues.
  • Coordinating and scheduling shipments, ensuring all relevant documents are completed.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders where needed in line with business needs and forecasting.
  • Tracking and reporting on supply chain metrics whilst ensuring all records are up to date with supply chain activities.
  • Managing all returns and exchanges.
  • Tracking the entire product life cycle - including providing regular updates to management.
  • Assist with the review and update supply chain practices in line with company policies, standards, laws and regulations.
  • Working closely with the Key Accounts to identify any new opportunities to support with business growth whilst keeping all accounts up to date with the correct information.
  • KPI’s- ensuring they are maintained throughout accountabilities.
  • Ensure data integrity is established in accordance with ACOLA+ guidelines.

You will use your strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills whilst multitasking in a busy environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, you will also need experience with inventory management and logistics software.

Knowledge of supply chain and logistics principles will compliment your strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

This person must be able to demonstrate their knowledge and experience within the Pharmaceutical / Wholesale market and products whilst having a strong commercial focus.
