Commercial Officer | Hybrid | £43,742 - £50,056 per annum | Permanent  

Client: 

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working exclusively with a leading national Public sector organisation, to recruit a Commercial Officer.

This organisation operates a hybrid working policy, requiring on-site presence at the Newcastle based office maximum 1 day per week.

This position would suit an individual with a strong public sector background, experience running tenders and working under national frameworks.

Role: 

  • Working under the ICT category
  • Negotiate and maintain relationships with suppliers
  • Implement and monitor contract KPI’s and SLA’s
  • Produce framework call off’s and mini competitions
  • Liaise with stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Develop tenders, ensuring full compliance in line with public contract regulations

Individual:

  • A public sector procurement background is highly beneficial
  • Experience working under national is essential
  • Knowledge of developing tenders
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
