Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor (M&E Consultancy)

£50,000-£65,000 + Car/Car Allowance + Benefits

Commercial focussed Building Services Consultancy are looking to add to their middle management team to assist in the continued growth of the business and the execution of key projects. Established over 50 years ago, the successful candidate will focus on North-West projects and play a key part from inception through to completion.

Currently required is a Commercial Manager with the following background:

  • Proven experience working as a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor within the M&E sector (Mechanical & Electrical)
  • Project knowledge up to £1m in value ideally across the North-West.
  • Proven experience in JCT/NEC contracts
  • RICS recognised qualifications beneficial
  • Full driving license

The Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor will be given the autonomy to tackle projects, providing expert guidance both internally and externally on cost management and business forecasting and partnerships.
