Job Title: Commercial Locum Solicitor
Location: West Midlands - Warwickshire + Hybrid

Hours: Monday - Friday

Overview:

Our client, a well-established Law Firm located in the Warwickshire region is actively seeking an experienced Commercial Solicitor to join the firm as a Locum. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Locum Solicitor to contribute your skills to a respected firm.

Contract likely to last 3-6 months.

The Role:

As the successful Commercial Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in managing a caseload, incorporating a full range of Commercial contract matters, including:

• Drafting and reviewing of a range of Commercial legal documentation and contracts
• Commercial matters for a mix of SME and blue-chip clients
• Managing deadlines and competing work priorities
• Support more junior members within the team
• Any other duties within the scope and spirit of the post as required.

About You:

Ideal for legal professionals with a robust background in Commercial law and is seeking a new Locum assignment.
