I am currently being instructed by a Top 200 firm based in Colchester to recruit for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor.

The role will involve managing your own caseload of Commercial Litigation cases including but not limited to Director disputes/disqualification, breach of contracts, any other contractual disputes, insolvency, shareholder’s rights and others.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Commercial Litigation and be able to manage your own caseload without supervision. You should be motivated, proactive, and be happy to conduct Business Development. This is a great opportunity to help build and grow the team and department, and the presence of the firm in this area.

The role is offering a competitive salary which is dependent on experience and they also have a great benefits package. The role is based in Colchester and they are ideally looking for a Solicitor of 5+ years’ PQE.
