An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor, with aspirations to join a leading law firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor either from a leading local regional firm or from the City, looking to find a work-life balance. 

This forward-thinking North Hampshire based Legal 500 law firm has a proven track record for success and is looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its successful Litigation department, in this key placement. 

You will be advising clients on a wide range of matters including Commercial Contract disputes, Shareholder agreements and defamation cases across a variety of sectors including Financial Services, Retail, Transport and Energy. You will also be involved in property litigation, debt recovery, professional negligence, data protection and intellectual property disputes.

The firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team with the resources and investment to build up the department.

Your role as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor will involve:

  • Ability to run your own HNW caseload
  • A generous bonus paid yearly to all staff
