As a 1+ year’s PQE Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will provide expert advice on all aspects of commercial litigation including acting on areas such as:

• General contractual, commercial disputes
• Professional negligence cases
• Property litigation
• Debt recovery
• Employment disputes
• Contentious probate disputes

You’ll have the support of the team to help with your development.

Your role as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor will involve:

• Being in a supportive team to help develop your career
• A variety of high net worth clients
• Active in business development, in gaining new clients, and growing your own caseload
