Commercial Litigation Solicitor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a commercial litigation solicitor to work for a top ranked team dealing with exceptional quality litigation work to include a wide range of very high-value and complex litigation. This can lead to days or even weeks at court and your name in the law reports! This is full-time, permanent role which offers hybris working. 

Our client is ranked top tier for its commercial litigation offering outside of the city centre. As such, the firm can offer a commercial litigation solicitor (around 2-4 years’ post qualification) exceptional experience. Much of the firm’s work is high-value and complicated, and many trials can be anywhere from days to weeks. The firm invests in training its more junior solicitors to handle this type of work! 

This position will involve running your own caseload to include contract disputes, corporate disputes, insolvency, insurance, professional negligence and procurement, along with supporting a Partner on more complex matters. Exposure to high court litigation is essential.

To be considered for this commercial litigation solicitor position you must have at least two years’ litigation experience along with good advocacy and high court experience. You must have a genuine interest in the law and a strong academic track record and training background. You must be confident in your abilities to run a smaller caseload from the outset with an ability and willingness to build and maintain client relationships.
