An award winning Firm based in the heart of Central London are looking for an experienced disputes lawyer to help grow their department to assist with the increased volume of work-flow they are experiencing. The firm's dispute resolution team advises on commercial, property and private client disputes for businesses and individuals, and is experienced in all forms of dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration and mediation.

Their work covers a wide range of areas including:

  • breach of contract
  • director and shareholder disputes
  • partnership disputes
  • property disputes
  • debt recovery
  • enforcement of restrictive covenants
  • civil fraud claims
  • trade mark infringement
  • copyright infringement
  • breach of confidentiality
  • passing off claims

The successful candidate must have:

  • broad range of litigation experience, with an emphasis on commercial litigation.
  • Self motivated
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to help build upon the firm's existing business
  • Ability to get on well with the clients who cover a broad spectrum
  • Achieve minimum time targets and billing requirements
  • Ability to keep abreast with changes in legislation and market developments
