Commercial Litigation Solicitor

My client, a ranked leading firm by Chambers and Partners, is recruiting for a Commercial Litigation Lawyer, to join their growing team in the Gatwick office. They have multiple offices across the UK in London, Buckinghamshire and Sussex.

Responsibilities

As a Commercial Litigation Lawyer, you will be responsible for handling a diverse range of cases, including but not limited to:

• General commercial litigation matters
• Intellectual property disputes
• Construction-related disputes
• Contentious probate cases

You will be providing assistance to all members of the Commercial Litigation team. Experience in those areas is desired but not essential as full training will be given.

To be successful in your application, you will:

• Qualified solicitor with 2-5PQE, other levels of experience will be considered
• Excellent academics and strong ambition for carer development
• Commercial and financial aware with an ability to listen well to clients and colleagues.
• Confidence and ability to communicate to a high standard with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to take responsibility for own professional development and growth.
