Our client, an established law firm, is seeking a Paralegal who has been involved in commercial litigation matters to support a private client in London. Working with Partners, Associates and two other Paralegals, the successful candidate will focus on producing bundles, proofreading and researching.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced candidate who would like to take on an assignment with immediate start.

The Role:

  • Organising and managing case files, including legal documents, correspondence and evidence.
  • Conducting legal research on case laws, statues and regulations relevant to the issues in litigation.
  • Assisting in drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs and discovery request.
  • Communicating with clients to provide updates on case progress, and gather information relevant to litigation.
  • Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars and managing billing.
  • Any other related ad hoc activities assigned by the Line Manager.

To Qualify:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Paralegal, specialising in commercial litigation matters
  • Possess excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders of all seniorities
  • Effectively manage assigned workload while delivering accurate and high standard of work.
