Commercial Litigation Associate/ Senior Associate

This firm are now seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate to join their Chelmsford Office.

The team can provide some of the most interesting work in the region, and access to their London clients also.

This is a varied role, across the full remit of Commercial Litigation matters.  The successful individual must have the experience and ability to manage an existing caseload with the desire to leverage off the firm’s reputation to develop their own relationships over time.

The Dispute Resolution & Litigation Team covers disputes across:

• Commercial Contracts
• Partnership & Shareholders
• Trusts & Probate
• Employment
• Insolvency  
• Debt Recovery
• (Some Property Litigation can be provided)

You will be:

• A qualified Solicitor or CILEX with 2PQE +
• Experienced across Commercial OR Property Litigation matters
