Commercial Legal Counsel - Fintech (3-7PQE)
London (Hybrid / Remote)

£110-130k base p/a

Our client, an exciting Fintech at the cutting edge of cross-border payments for emerging markets, are now seeking a Commercial Legal Counsel to join their legal team. They offer a perfect blend of 'finance for good' through an ethos of positive social impact which is echoed through their work mixed with an incredible growth trajectory backed by top VCs.

As a Commercial Legal Counsel, you'll be an integral part of the UK legal team with a deeply embedded function. Your role will involve reviewing and negotiating key commercial contracts, spearheading strategic projects, facilitating expansion into new markets, and supporting new product launches. You'll collaborate closely with various business functions, translating legal complexities into understandable terms and balancing legal requirements with business objectives.

This position is best suited to qualified lawyers with c.3-7PQE with a blend of Private Practice and In-House legal experience, ideally in a high growth environment within the Payments space.
