Our client is a leading satellite operator & communications provider. Based in the UK, its reach is global and it partners with the world's biggest ISPs, telcos, enterprises and governments to successfully and sustainably empower people and strengthen communities globally.

We are looking to recruit a talented commercial lawyer at c. 3-7 years' PQE into the Legal team, based in London.

Reporting the the Deputy GC, this is a broad and interesting role designed to give access to every part of the business: it will include customer & supplier contracts, Master Services Agreements, SAAS agreements, statements of work, change requests, arrangement letters, subcontracting, bids & tenders, NDAs, IP & IT matters, ESG, corporate, litigation, data protection, HR issues etc.  You will collaborate frequently with stakeholders at all levels including the ExCo and help mentor and develop more junior team members. This is a global business and candidates will be comfortable participating in projects outside the UK (with input from external counsel as necessary).
