The Role

This progressive Top 100 UK firm are seeking a Commercial IP/IT Associate/ Senior Associate , to join their Reading Office.

This is a well backed team with a structure that facilitates professional growth, by providing support from skilled Juniors and mentor from industry leading Partners.

Working strategically with other departments, this L500 Recognised Group acts on a range of interesting matters for UK & Global Businesses.

With an abundance of high quality matters – they can shape the role around the individual; their existing offering includes:

• Drafting & Negotiating Commercial contracts
• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreement; including: supplier, distribution, IP, IT and technology, software licensing, system integration, website/app development, SaaS and other cloud related work.
• Data Protection and privacy
• Advising on agreements for the protection or exploitation of intellectual property rights, IP licensing contracts, advising on IP provisions in commercial agreements and R&D contracts.

You Will Be:

• A Commercial IP/ IT Lawyer with 3 PQE +
• (We are keen to have conversations with individuals outside of this PQE scale also)
• Proven experience from a well-established practice.
