COMMERCIAL INSURANCE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

We have a fantastic opportunity to join a large award-winning insurance broking group in the Midlands.

Having experienced many years of success and growth they are looking for an experienced Account Executive who is able to manage an existing book of key corporate clients and also have the drive to seek out those new business opportunities

THE ROLE

• To provide first class service to clients and prospects and deliver solutions focussed advice to develop your book of business
• Work within a strong and well establishedteam of insurance professionals to provide help and support to each other and help develop less experienced staff
• To work in partnership with customers to fully understand their business and their specific insurance needsto deliver exceptional and innovative insurance programmes
• To work within the Midlands area predominantly to raise the profile of this broker and help make them the go to insurance broker in the region

THE CANDIDATE

• An experienced Account Executive who is ambitious and wants to progress in their career within a dynamic and forward thinking company
• Strong technical knowledge of cross class insurance programmes
• Be able to generate leads and follow these up to build a strong pipeline of potential commercial clients
• Stakeholder management skills up to and including senior executive level
• Ability to operate as part of a team and celebrate success together
• Experience of cross sector trades 

THE REWARD

• Salary circa £65,000
• Bonus structure based on account performance and delivery against targets
