A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Insurance Account Executive working for a thriving Insurance Broker specialising in Commercial Insurance. You will be joining at an exciting period of growth within the business, working alongside a team of friendly experts who work hard to provide their clients with exceptional customer service and tailored Insurance solutions.
 
Job Description:
 
As the Account Executive, you will be following up on all Commercial Insurance enquiries and accurately assess and present all information necessary regarding prospects/clients and their insurances to enable colleagues to approach the insurance market, prepare quotations and secure new and existing business.
  • Ensuring accurately prepared quotations, renewals, and endorsements, within strict SLA ensuring everything complies with regulations
  • As the Account Executive you will be maximising sales opportunities and developing business relationships
  • Ensuring all clients receive exceptional customer service and have a positive experience ensuring repeat business and future referrals
  • As the Commercial Insurance Account Executive, you will be looking after clients throughout the UK & Wales and therefore will be involved with attending client meetings however the role is predominately office-based
  • Meeting new and existing clients to conduct business meetings and conduct presentations regarding their commercial insurance needs, negotiating pricing and closing sales 
Candidate Requirements:  
  • Knowledge and experience within Insurance are essential, within a Commercial background is highly beneficial
  • Comfortable in travelling around the UK and Wales
  • Effective selling and negotiation skills within the Insurance
  • Knowledge of Insurance Codes of Practice, Terms of Insurance, commercial insurance
  • Driving licence
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Written and Oral Presentation skills
  • Knowledge of relevant IT systems and Software required to fulfil the role
  • Excellent communication skills
Working Hours - Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week
Salary – Negotiable depending on experience
