Commercial Finance Manager

Butler Rose has been appointed to recruit a Commercial Finance Manager on behalf of an award-winning business.

Overview:

As a Commercial Finance Manager you will drive financial success during a period of exciting business expansion. You will lead robust system implementation, optimise costing, and ensure commercial viability. Your impact will be crucial in shaping the financial sustainability moving forward.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and optimise systems for larger production facilities.
• Enhance costing and manage material variances in key portfolios.
• Analyse financial impact and provide clear risk and viability direction.
• Evaluate suppliers with a focus on financial sustainability.
• Support expansion initiatives with strategic financial insights.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in food production (But not essential).
• Strong analytical skills and clear communication abilities.
• Senior stakeholder management experience.
• Relevant accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent.
• Thrives in a dynamic environment with creative problem-solving skills.
