Our client is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager with a strong background in pricing and bids. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, has a knack for modelling in Excel or Google Sheets, and possesses a deep understanding of accounting principles. What's more important is your ability to share knowledge within the team and be familiar with bids processes and customer interactions, such as RFI/RFP/frameworks.

What you'll do:

As a Commercial Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of our client's business. Your primary responsibility will be:

  • Lead the pricing and bids process, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness
  • Model financial scenarios using Excel or Google Sheets
  • Share knowledge within the team and help standardise processes
  • Implement best practices across all finance operations
  • Engage with customers during the RFI/RFP/frameworks process
  • Manage workload effectively to handle potential spikes/dips in volumes
