A great opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Finance Business Partner to join a dynamic business based in Manchester. This role offers hybrid working options and excellent progression opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Finance Business Partnering
  • Analyse P&Ls through collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to ensure delivery of financial goals and objectives.
  • Analyse profitability and contribute to product pricing strategies.
  • Work closely with production and sales teams to ensure that the product mix aligns with profitability goals.
  • Develop and maintain reports to track SKU performance over time and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Support the month end process with revenue and margin variance analysis inputting into the creation of month end.
  • Support the financial planning processes, budgeting and forecasts ensuring that financial forecasts are accurate and complete.
  • Support decision making across the commercial teams with insightful and accurate recommendations.
  • Take ownership for the financial modelling to support future customer growth.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA or Finalist level
  • Finance professional with FMCG experience
  • The ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships at all levels - highly collaborative
  • The ability to work both individually and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong team work ethic
