We are looking for a collaborative, humble and insightful commercial finance professional who has a blend of analytical and interpersonal skills, allied to experience in monthly reporting, analysis and budgeting to join an exceptional blue chip consumer products group based in Wokingham.

The Role

The successful Commercial Finance Analyst will manage the following:

• Monthly consolidation, reporting and analysis of Opex and headcount results ensuring accuracy, completion and understanding of key drivers.
• Partner senior budget holders with tracking vs budget and monthly spend reviews.
• Produce monthly analysis on Incentives for Sales and operations teams to include performance vs target and quarterly pay calculations.
• Support planning processes which include the Annual Operating Plan, Mid-year, Projection and Rolling Forecast. Providing consolidation, analysis and reports for Opex and incentives
• To provide ad-hoc reviews / reports and participate in specific finance projects as requested

Your Profile

We are looking for a well-educated part-qualified or recently qualified accountant.

Someone with prior experience as a Management accountant, finance business partner or within an FP&A role would be ideally suited to this opportunity.

We need someone ambitious who has a commercial mindset and the people skills to add value and pro-actively make improvements across the function.

Benefits

£45,000 - £55,000 + bonus and benefits, study support is also available if required. This role is offered on a hybrid basis 3 days per week in office.
