Commercial Finance Analyst

A FTSE 100 Real Estate Group, located in the heart of London, are looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst. This is a newly created role, to keep up with the Group’s exciting business plans for the next 5 years. This role will be responsible for providing insightful analysis and business partnering with senior stakeholders across the group.

What you will be doing:

• Create and develop financial models to support business planning and align with strategic objectives
• Report on business performance and provide KPIs to senior stakeholders
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance teams to provide recommendations and optimise financial performance
• Monitor industry trends and competitor performance to assess any potential risk or opportunities
• Prepare presentations and deliver regular updates on financial results

What we are looking for:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Experience in the Real Estate space advantageous
• Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in financial modelling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with Power BI or SQL ideal
