- Preparing and analysing weekly and monthly management reports on revenue, forecasts, recoverability and utilisation
- Interpretation of data and clear, concise communication to ensure understanding from non-financial colleagues
- Identify and investigate variances against forecasts
- Assisting the Commercial Manager with the preparation and coordination of the monthly reports for submission to executive meetings
- Supervision of WIP & Billing ensuring recovery of committed costs.
- Exploring the development of new reports and information systems in line with the changing needs of the business.
- Experienced in a commercial analysis role preferably within a finance / management accounting role
- Potentially studying, or ready to study, ACCA or CIMA
- Confident Excel skills including: vLookups; Pivot tables; IF statements, manipulation of data & formatting and able or ready to develop your skills in this area with skills such as macros, and Power BI
- Proven ability to structure reports, interpret financial information and communicate to non-finance stakeholders (internal & external)
- Confident self-starter capable of handling high volumes of work and data
