Our client, a Top 10 Firm, are looking for a Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) Manager to join their TMT team in London. This is a great opportunity to work with some of the most exciting financial operations and business deals.

This role covers both strategy and CDD across Project Delivery, Business Dev and networking. You'll join a team where you'll be one of the experts in your sector.

You will be responsible for:

  • Networking and developing strong relationships and supporting more junior members of the team
  • Responsible for a portfolio of projects and client engagements
  • Oversight of the risk and compliance of CDD and internal procedures
  • Reviewing the market for potential targets and the wider market for other opportunities

As the successful candidate you will have;

  • Worked in a consulting firm or other professional services firm
  • Good understanding of CDD and demonstratable experience in multiple deals
  • Sector experience in TMT either by qualification or industry exposure
