Location: Swansea

Salary: £70,000 - Depending on Experience

We are working with a well-known and established Insurance Brokerage in the swansea area.

This business has a track record of success and are looking to add to their external team with a motivated and professional individual.

They offer fantastic remuneration packages and have experienced and friendly support and management teams which will help you reach you core role objectives.

The Role:

You will look to cultivate your own sales pipeline with the view of securing new clients. This opportunity will be suitable for both new business producer (win it and pass it on) or Account Executives (Where you will service and keep these clients moving forwards).

Due to the companies varied markets this role can be within the Commercial, High Net Worth, or Niche.

Our client is ideally looking for a someone who can hit the ground running and have a developed knowledge of their chosen insurance range as well as proven sales skills.

You will have access to top insurer providers as well as account handling and marketing support in order for you to prospect and manage your sales pipeline efficiently.

The Required Skills:

Insurance experience is required - Ideally Commercial,

A proven track record within the insurance industry in a new business or account manager role

Insurance qualifications are preferable but not essential

Ability to communicate and build rapport with internal staff as well as clients
