Are you ready to make an impact by providing insightful guidance and advice on a variety of legal and contractual matters for our public and private sector customers? We’re seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to elevate our contract management with precision and expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive written responses to customers and prospects regarding MHR’s standard contractual documents.
  • Demonstrate precision and expertise in contract negotiation.
  • Review and negotiate third party bespoke contractual documents.
  • Utilise advanced negotiation, persuasion and judgment skills to navigate contract negotiations effectively.
  • Assess and advise internal stakeholders across all organisation levels of the business on a range of contractual issues.
  • Review and refine current MHR contract documents.
  • Update and enhance existing contract documents, as well as develop new ones when needed.
  • Draft contract variations and new contract clauses to meet evolving business needs.

In addition to these core responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Mentor and support the development of junior team members.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research as required.
  • Collaborate with other departments (such as Sales, Marketing, Alliances and IT Security) to ensure both commercial and legal aspects of contracts are aligned.
  • Shall develop an in-depth knowledge of MHR’s core policies, procedures and objectives.
  • Proactively identify and manage potential disputes at an early stage and alert internal stakeholders promptly.
