Commercial Insurance Client Advisor

Salary: DOE + Profit share and great benefit package

Location: Twickenham (after successful probation period hybrid working available)

Hours: Mon- Fri 8.45 - 17.00

If so, I have an exciting role that has arisen within my client’s Commercial insurance department based in their offices in Twickenham.

This role will require you to be the first point of contact for your clients, managing your own portfolio of media and entertainment clients, dealing with existing clients and building new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Managing an existing portfolio of clients.
• Generate new business and identify cross selling and upselling opportunities.
• Managing renewals and handling mid-term adjustments.
• Keeping accurate records on the in-house CRM system.
• Obtaining e-traded quotes and renewal terms via the system
• Assisting in reporting and providing support to other team members.

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Proven commercial insurance background within a brokerage.
• Excellent technical understanding of commercial products (property owners, fleet, construction, manufacturing)
• Highly organised with great attention to detail.
• Ideally CII qualified.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• Professional, driven, and strong customer service skills.
