Commercial Case Manager

Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a full-time, experienced Commercial Case Manager to work from their London Office. The Commercial Case Manager role comes with a salary of up to £35,000 p/a and excellent benefits.

As a Commercial Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing the commercial lending process and working with the relationship managers to deliver deals to completion in the most efficient way possible. The role offers a competitive salary, but above all else is a great opportunity for someone to come and put their mark on a successful business.

· Assessing the financial position and credibility of customers seeking commercial debt

· Managing banks and lenders' relationships

· Explaining the loan repayment schedules to borrowers and managing the loans through the whole life span

· Reviewing and updating loan files and credit documentation

· Working knowledge of commercial mortgage operations with banks or lenders
