Are you an Account Handler with good commercial broking experience, seeking a new opportunity in Liverpool?

If so, we have a brilliant, new and rare opportunity available with a highly reputable, leading City Centre based brokerage.

As Commercial Account Handler, you will be required to deliver outstanding technical advice and broking support to an existing book of commercial clients. Therefore, good technical competency across a range of commercial products is a must, along with excellent communication and client servicing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support to clients with prompt and accurate responses to queries.
  • Dealing with new business, renewals and mid-term adjustments.
  • Ensuring all client documentation is accurate and issued within deadlines.
  • Being very client focused and ensuring an outstanding service is delivered at all times.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in the commercial insurance broking arena, with a good level of knowledge and competence across a range of products.
  • A strong commercial awareness and understanding of the insurance market.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in a verbal and written manner.
  • The ability to listen well and fact find with clients where necessary.
  • Good time management, planning and organisational skills.
