This is a full-time, permanent role and it is based in either the South Tyneside area or Darlington to suit the applicant.

The Role

Working in a busy team you will spend a large part of the day collating information relating to repairs and maintenance projects that have been completed the previous day and, using an established pricing matrix, you will create accurate invoices and send to the client.

Day to day duties will include:

  • Integrating daily job completion reports, creation of daily valuation sheets, uploading of job sheets to client, pricing valuations and entering onto client’s system for submission.
  • Performing the analysis of daily job completion data and generating weekly reports showing commercial performance for the North East Office, presenting this information at team meetings.
  • Investigating pricing queries raised by the client and ensuring prompt responses.
  • Monitoring trends to identify areas of improvements to systems and processes.
  • Developing an understanding of the contract and how the terms and rates are applied.

Experience Required

Applicants must have a good head for working with figures, ideally some financial experience and they absolutely must have strong Excel skills.

Remuneration

£26,000 to £27,000 per annum.
