Commercial Accountant
SF Recruitment are delighted to be working with a superb forward-thinking, highly innovative niche business in the recruitment of a Commercial Accountant.

We are seeking a part qualified/qualified or qualified by experience accountant to undertake an exciting role, available due to an internal promotion.

As the Commercial Accountant, you will be responsible for providing commercial accounting information to support the Financial Controller in the preparation of financial reports and analysis. You will be expected to provide financial information to management to help with the understanding and development of sales and cost of sales, along with the identification of risks and opportunities for current and future business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with relevant commercial departments.
  • Generate cost and sales reports to further assist with management decision making.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting – Sales & Cost of Sales
  • Monthly analysis of sales and creation of KPI’s for the sales team
  • Cost analysis for current and future Sales campaigns
  • Work with Financial team to ensure month-end reporting and provide commercial insights.
  • Support internal & External audit.
  • Support the generating of accurate period end accounts.
  • Calculate and model overhead absorption rates.
  • Inventory calculation & Adjustment



This role offers flexible hours , on site full time in their office - lunch time finish on a Friday.
