Commercial Account Handler
"Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual keen on joining a thriving and successful insurance brokerage team in the capacity of a Senior Commercial Insurance Account Handler?
This role entails a blend of managing your own clientele from start to finish and collaborating with Account Executives to cater to clients' requirements, ultimately contributing to our business objectives and ongoing expansion.
Daily Duties:
Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse array of tasks, including:
Generating new business quotes, handling adjustments, and overseeing renewals while familiarizing yourself with various insurance products.
Inputting data into our insurance broking system, Acturis.
Handling inbound and outbound telephone communications.
Cultivating and nurturing relationships with clients, insurers, and suppliers.
Person Specifications:
- Possession of a solid educational background and proficiency in literacy
- Demonstrated willingness to adapt, learn, and advance
- Proficiency in Acturis with a confident usage
- Strong attention to detail coupled with effective self-management abilities
- A confident and professional telephone demeanor
- Reliability and a supportive attitude towards teamwork
