A new opportunity has become available for a Commercial Account Handler to join a great brand in the Staffordshire region.

As Commercial Account Handler, you will support provide support to one of the specialist teams, delivering a quality service to a portfolio of clients in respect of their insurance requirements to ensure excellent retention levels are met.

Our client puts customers at the forefront of everything they do, ensuring an exceptional service is provided and clients receive the best cover at the best price to meet their insurance needs, therefore it is essential you can match outstanding service levels required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing renewals and mid-term adjustments for an existing book of clients.
  • Will also be involved in handling claims on behalf of clients.
  • Providing general administrative support to senior brokers.
  • Dealing with and responding to queries in a timely manner.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience working in Commercial Insurance, ideally within the broking arena.
  • Good knowledge across a range of commercial products.
  • Cert CII qualification is preferable, albeit not an essential requirement.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are required, with the ability to develop fantastic working relationships with clients.
  • Be well organised and able to manage your time effectively.
  • A strong team player with the drive to work hard to meet both individual and company objectives.
