The Role:

In this role, it's imperative to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism in interactions with clients and insurers across various tasks such as handling New Business, Renewals, Mid Term Adjustments, and claims. The position offers opportunities for meetings and office visits to better serve clients. Advising clients on suitable products tailored to their needs is paramount, as is managing complaints within company protocols and regulatory standards. Upholding exceptional customer service standards is key, along with fostering professional relationships and offering expert product guidance to clients. Handling all Account Executive needs, and working as part of a larger team.

Required Skills:

• Previous experience in working as a Commercial Account Handler is essential
• Good eye for detail and a numerical and analytical
• Communication skills and the want to work with a team is paramount
• Good communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• A drive to want to progress within a growing company
• The ability to communicate well with clients face to face and over the telephone
