The Opportunity

They are seeking a dedicated Insurance Account Handler to manage a diverse portfolio of clients within the hospitality and travel industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance and possess excellent system skills (Acturis). This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of your workload, support senior team members in client servicing, and contribute to the continued success of our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of clients within the hospitality and travel sectors, providing exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions.
• Utilise Acturis and other systems effectively to process policies, amendments, and claims efficiently.
• Collaborate with the senior team to ensure client needs are met and exceeded on a day-to-day basis.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and providing proactive advice and support.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure clients receive the most relevant and comprehensive insurance coverage.

What’s needed for me to be considered?

• Previous experience in commercial insurance (property and casualty policies.
• Strong proficiency in Acturis and other relevant insurance systems.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to contribute to the success of the team.
• Relevant insurance qualifications or willingness to pursue further education in insurance.
