NJR Recruitment are delighted to be able to bring to market this opportunity for an Account Executive to join a great brand in Staffordshire.

Joining a friendly experienced team, you will be working for a brokerage that puts customers at the forefront of everything they do, ensuring an exceptional service is provided and clients receive the best cover at the best price to meet their insurance needs.

As Account Executive, you will work alongside the internal lead generator to secure new business and grow the existing client base, whilst also servicing existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and managing strong working relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Handling a book of clients servicing their renewals, as well as securing new business.
  • Obtaining and assessing information in an accurate manner on prospective clients and their insurance needs to convert into new business.
  • Working towards and meeting new business targets.
  • Working towards and achieving renewal objectives.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Strong experience working in Commercial Insurance, in an Account Executive position.
  • Cert CII qualification is preferable, albeit not an essential requirement.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are required, with the ability to develop fantastic working relationships with clients.
  • Proven experience of and strong business development skills are essential.
  • You must have outstanding fact finding skills with the ability to truly understand your client and their needs.
  • A strong team player with the drive to work hard to meet both individual and company objectives.
