Commercial Account Executive (High Value Property)

£45k - £75k Basic (Dependent on experience) + Bonus + Benefits

A prestigious firm is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to manage a Book of Renewal Business within the dynamic field of commercial property insurance. The role involves meticulous maintenance of renewal records, ensuring compliance with company standards, and proactive communication with clients to facilitate seamless policy renewals. The successful candidate will be responsible for updating quotation forms, conducting compliance checks for company names and directors, and dispatching pre-renewal correspondence in a timely fashion.

Candidates will utilise their organisational skills to update renewal changes and use received terms to assemble renewals for client review. A proactive approach is required to chase clients for renewal instructions and instruct insurers to incept cover by the renewal date.

Additionally, the role encompasses conducting Mid Term Adjustments (MTAs) with precision, addressing changes such as contract works, declared value amendments, and updates on unoccupancy, tenants, loss of rent, and service charge to both insurers and clients.

The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of various insurance products, including Real Estate, Receivers Real Estate, Directors & Officers, Engineering Inspections/Insurance, and more. Day-to-day responsibilities will include responding to client queries primarily via email, managing correspondence, and conducting meetings with clients to discuss renewals and queries.

The role demands strong interpersonal skills, as you will be developing and managing client relationships, providing technical support, and collaborating closely with team members and external contacts during internal meetings.
