Job Title: Commercial Account Executive

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance

Location: Oxford (Remote work from anywhere in the UK possible)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop commercial accounts, leveraging existing leads and cross-sales opportunities.
• Cultivate new business relationships and drive sales growth within the commercial insurance sector.
• Demonstrate expertise in general commercial insurance, handling diverse client needs effectively.
• Collaborate with directors to strategize and execute business expansion initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance products and industry trends.
• Previous experience as a Commercial Account Handler or New Business Executive is advantageous.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
