We are looking for a College Services Advisor to join our team.

The College Services team at the University of Liverpool International College plays a vital role in covering all aspects of student support from welcoming them to the College to registering at their chosen university.?The team provides support across a range of areas, including student wellbeing and support, academic and quality assurance, student progression, compliance, and administration.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Student Support Advisor, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service skills.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong interest in working in education and in particular international students.

  • Confident with IT, in particular Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.

  • Willingness to work flexibly.

  • Experience of working as part of a team to achieve goals.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Ability to take initiative.
