Collections/Recoveries Manager - Financial Services

Staffordshire - Hybrid Working

Up to £55k + 15% Bonus + 15% pension + Excellent Benefits

We are looking to recruit a Collections/Recoveries manager to work for the asset finance business of a well established and extremely successful international business.

The role is a hybrid role working their head office in Staffordshire.

We are looking for an experienced risk/recoveries manager, to have day to day responsibility for the company’s default and recoveries activities.

You will manage arrears, default, forbearance, termination of agreements, recovery of assets and bad debt. In addition you will have a team of 2 field based collectors.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, ideally within the asset finance sector, to include a knowledge of the consumer credit act, KYC, TCF and consumer duty regulations.
