If you understand the importance of discretion and professionalism when dealing with sensitive financial matters and have previous experience in collections, customer service, or related fields we want to hear from you.

This Wolverhampton based company offer a list of benefits to include:

Responsibilities:
Undertake mortgage collections activity.
Proactively manage allocated accounts within defined service levels for telephony and administration.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer arrears.
Negotiate payment arrangements or alternative solutions for customers.
Maintain awareness of factors affecting customers' ability to pay their mortgage.
Work towards personal and team objectives and deadlines.
Demonstrate tact, discretion, and composure under pressure.

Required Skills and Experience:
Previous customer-facing or telephone-based customer service experience.
Strong communication and decision-making skills.
Problem-solving ability.
Driven and proactive attitude.
Understanding of factors impacting customers' ability to pay their mortgages.
Experience in working towards personal and team objectives.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.

This is an office based role - working Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
