Our client providessupport and services in the education sector, they are looking for acollections officer to start immediately on a temp assignment based Manchester.Opportunity to go temp to perm.

Your new role
You will beresponsible for assisting on a backlog project.

  • Manage customeraccounts and ensure timely debt repayment
  • Develop and maintainpositive relationships with customers
  • Provide excellentcustomer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Work within a team tomeet and exceed collection targets


What you'll need to succeed
You will have:

  • Experience in a customer service environment,preferably within the Financial Services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proven track record in debt collection
