Collections Manager / £35,000 - £45,000 DOE / Liverpool City Centre / Hybrid / Permanent

Adaptable Recruitment are working with a rapidly growing business in Liverpool City Centre who are looking for a Collections Manager to join the team

Package:

  • Salary £35,000 - £45,000 DOE
  • Full-time, Permanent
  • Hybrid working pattern - 3 days at home and 2 in office
  • 25days holiday plus BHs

Location: near Southport

Job Duties:

  • Review the delivery of collections, ensuring risk management and accuracy across the board
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies as well as their root causes
  • Ensure targets and KPI's are met within the Credit Control team
  • Ensure effective working relationships are built across the business to ensure that reconciliation standards are followed
  • Production of accurate and timely information required to fulfil FCA and other regulatory requirements
  • Training, coaching and development of existing team and new team members, holding monthly 1-2-1's etc



Who will I report into?
This role will report directly into the Finance Manager

When will interviews be taking place?
Interviews will be happening ASAP

Ideal experience?

  • Experience within a similar role at a management level essential
  • FCA regulatory experience essential
  • Analytical and detail oriented personality
  • Great communications skills to relay key information to other staff
  • Good excel and system skills essential
