Description

As a Collections Customer Care Advisor you will be working in a Contact Centre Environment supporting the paralegals with a high volume of phone calls coming into the business.

You will be speaking with vulnerable customers going through their income and expenditure setting up suitable payment plans and taking payments.

The role will involve looking after complex cases and handling a variety of enquiries ensuring an exceptional level of customer service.

Profile

Previous collections/debt recovery experience this could be from a range of sectors

Contact Centre experience

Able to work in a fast paced environment

Extremely customer centric

Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer journey

Empathetic and supportive

Resilient and a proactive approach
