We are looking for a dedicated Collections Advisor to join our customer service team in the Financial Services industry, based in Denton. The ideal candidate will manage customer accounts, ensuring timely debt repayment and maintaining exceptional customer relationships.

Description
- Manage customer accounts and ensure timely debt repayment
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers

- Proactively identify opportunities to improve collection processes

Profile
A successful Collections Advisor should have:
- Experience in a customer service environment, preferably within the Financial Services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record in debt collection
- Knowledge of industry regulations and guidelines
Job Offer
- Salary £22,308 per annum OTE up to £35,000
